Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has dismissed reports of Nigeria drifting towards a failed state as alleged by some international news platforms.

The Governor who was a guest on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, averred that the allegation is borne out of ignorance and a deliberate ploy to dent the image of the nation.

Sule however admitted that more still needs to be done especially in the area of security, though the country has “significantly improved.”
