Manchester United are keeping a keen eye on Norwich City defender Max Aarons, according to reports.
Despite spending upwards of £140million on defenders over the last two years, United remain short on options at right-back position with Aaron Wan-Bissaka the only senior player in the position.
United were keen on Max Aarons during the summer but their interest in him seemingly cooled after the signing of Alex Telles (Aarons can play on either side). It makes sense they are back in for him now.
An opportunity to join Manchester United would be an attractive proposition for Max Aarons.
However Manchester United will have to offer a considerable amount of cash.
What we have to consider is Aarons’ worth in terms of Norwich getting promoted and the money they get for that.
And also Norwich aren’t easy to negotiate with.
