Dahiru Buba, the man who said he trekked from Gombe to Abuja to celebrate President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory in 2015 has received a car and a cash gift from Inuwa Yahaya, governor of Gombe state.

Dahiru Buba, who is a native of Dukku local government area of Gombe state, requested for financial assistance to treat limb, as he experienced so much pains that he developed after the walk, according to him.

Dahiru Buba lamented that life became unbearable for him and his family as a result of the physical challenge.

But on Monday, five years after the ”trek”, Buba was gifted a car and N2 million by the Gombe state governor.
